Get airfields altitude from terrain raster files

It would be nice to automatically assign the proper altitude to airfields (with missing altitude: set to 0) from waypoints files, getting it from terrain map raster files (.dem); which are already used to produce KML files.
Added some modifications so now it works that way: while importing SeeYou waypoints, if a WP (of type not unknown or normal) has null, empty or invalid altitude then it will be corrected with the ground altitude taken from terrain raster map file (that must be loaded before and must cover that point). Only for the waypoints with already null elevation if the resulting ground height is between -5 and 5 m then the waypoint will be left anyway with zero as altitude (we assume that it was really intended as AMSL).
