Sync of event colors with Outlook categories

Hi, thanks for a great product. I understand from the feature list that it should be possible to synchronise Google calendar event colors with Outlook appointment color category settings, but I can't find any documentation on this and despite checking the relevant option on the sync profile have been unable to get any such information to flow in either direction. I have tried configuring color categories with the event color names (Peacock etc.) with no success. Can anyone tell me what I am missing please.
