Shaking external trackers (looks a bit better in videos im not sure how)

Only tested in vrchat but also in steamvr home the emulated hand tracking controllers themselves do the same, never changed my version and even downgraded/upgraded myalvr version a few times but the problem appeared randomly so I assume it has to do with my settings which is a file I have no clue how to add here but if it helps I have both body tracking and steamvr input 2.0 enabled at the same time so maybe its having too many external trackers because the same issue is there with the fake vive trackers but the video video files are too large so I cant really submit them here and I doubt i can compress it below 10mb, just imagine shaking trackers whenever theyre stationary.
