GVR/Daydream compatible devices have reprojection automatically enabled by default by GVR/Cardboard Google APIs which PhoneVR uses. But for others software implementation of reprojection should be explored. (since hardward implementation is completly dropped by Google (https://support.google.com/daydream/answer/7185096) (Dunno why they dropped tho - maybe to push market to buy overpriced vrHardware?)
