Archiving batches, but not deleting them

It is a good practice for deployed experiments to have "no deletion" policy and keep all the data. Therefore, for batches in the admin UI, we should have an "Archive batch" button but not "Remove batch" button. Archived batches are hidden from the interface, but we should have an option to display them. Similarly with Players data and Game data.
However, we should be able to remove conditions and treatments.
