this is the left part of the task, which is still work in progress, including:
- payoff table (layout)
- constraints (layout, highlighting violated constraints)
- round score (layout)
- timer (adding it + layout)
Things on the right:
- team cumulative round score (adding it to UI)
- the satisfied/unsatisfied that decides whether to move to the next round
