Pre-build doesn't run on windows

Hi,
I just installed the latest release build in a windows 10 machine but it doesn't work. I get an error saying:
Can't find DLL entry point ??4QBrush@@QEEEAVO ... so I guess that there is some missing dlls.

plz try 1.0.8
as there will be time I learn why 1.0.9 - 10 MB more and doesn't work
