Develop the demo app with file persistence, without smart contracts and test import/export of apps.

Also, in the reference data:

include a TransactionInfo model with a correlationId field
include a script to display TransactionInfo correctly
include a transformer that points to the script
mark important data models as read-only and hidden

Upgrade to the latest platform6 release and cleanup stored procedures.
