20" zoomed-text screen book page displays "screen too small to display" message

Reported by users on Firefox browser with zoomed screen configuration. Probably running into the CSS media query that hides the book pages from very small browser sizes/phones (because I didn't have time to design for mobile during the dissertation).
Related to issue #69 (need to retest site design—and probably offer alternate stylesheet—for site at 150% and 200% zoom. (Had site working up to 200% everywhere except book pages and up to 150% on book pages before final design upgrade, but haven't had chance to test and fix for the latest design yet.)
This is somewhat dependent on monitor size.
On a Macbook Air 13" screen with browser in full-screen mode, book pages work up through 125% zoom but not at 150%.
On a external monitor of fairly normal size (14" x 20"?), book pages work up through 175% but not at 200%.
