Rumble sometimes downloads playlists instead of video

Occurred twice so far, filenames were:
main.m3u8
playlist.m3u8

Obviously, these cause issues when attempted to be played.

At first test, this seems to be working now

looks like an occasional regression occurs to videos of so low quality that they are useless (no audio, choppy video). need to revisit this.

for what it's worth, it seems that attempting to re-download the file later seems to be a temporary work around
