I'm using Firefox 31 under Arch Linux and the AutoZoom functions do not work for me.
The "Max Scale", "Min scale" prompts are unclear (I don't understand what they want me to enter there), so I just left them empty.

Can you post a link to a page where this happens, and a screenshot with the script settings?
The min/max scale settings are optional, they set a limit to how small or how big an image can be resized (as a percentage of the original). For example if you set it to shrink wide images with a 50% min scale, it will shrink an image 10% bigger than your screen but not one that is 10 times bigger (btw, all settings have a short mouse-over explanation)
