EDNS(0) options support

A nice feature to have would be support for EDNS(0) options. The general syntax could be lifted from dig and its +ednsopt, and additionally there could be special options for common options, such as --ecs and --cookie.

In addition to that, for load testing purposes it would be nice to have an option to randomize the subnet
