Issue with background (windows vulkan)

You can see some visual artifacts in the background. I'm not sure what the cause is, but I suspect it may be lower down the stack.

Strange! I tried running the game on a Windows system but didn't observe this issue. @derekdreery Do you observe this always or intermittently?

To be honest it could be a driver issue, I've got a novideo card with a 2017 driver. Maybe just leave the issue open to see if anyone else has the same problem?
