add inactive task forces

I suggest added inactive task forces as well since their work could potentially be built upon in the future. I've found reference to a few:

• Local Television Task Force
• Website Task Force
• Book Publishing Task Force
• Small Gauge Task Force
• Internationalization Task Force

Do you mean the International Outreach Task Force? It changed its status some years ago to become the International Outreach Committee [of the membership]. A good overview of the goals and activities has been given by Sam Kula: We Are the World: AMIA Comes of Age and Discovers International Relations, in «The Moving Image», Vol. 11, No. 1 (Spring 2011), pp. 127-129.
