allergies bug when uploading file 1 then 2

Weird bug when uploading files. When you upload bluebutton-01 THEN bluebutton-02 you get some blank fields in allergies (only allergies):
if you do the reverse and upload 02 THEN 01 the problem does not exist
This bug is on release-1.5 branch
