Mutation for editing existing habit frequency and other habit metadata

Our goals for our habits will obviously change over time so we need a graphql mutation available to be able to edit the frequency goal of an existing habit. It may be worth having this mutation allow us to change all information connected to a habit (such as the name, description, etc...)
