i blocked some channel by id, but comments from it are still visible

there are 3 people.
one is me, other one is the channel i want to block, and last one is the video uploader.
i was watching a video and its comments (sorted by recent) and saw an unwanted comment.
so i blocked the channel of the author of that comment,
but although i refresh, close and reload the tab and check the comment section of that video again,
i still can see the comment alive, even though i manually add filter by exactly same comment content.
my environment is windows 10 ms edge.
also i use ublock origin, pockettube extensions too.
and i don't subscribe youtube premium membership.
am i doing wrong? thank you😊
