Installation

To get a local copy of this project up and running, follow these steps:

  3. Open the index.html file in your browser:

    You can do this by simply dragging the file into your browser.

Usage

To use the survey form, simply open the index.html file in your browser. Fill out the required fields and submit the form.

Form Fields

  • Name: Text input for the user's name (required)
  • Email: Email input for the user's email address (required)
  • Age: Number input for the user's age (optional)
  • Feedback: Textarea for user's feedback (required)

Form Validation

Since this project uses only HTML and CSS, basic form validation is handled by HTML5 attributes.

  • Required fields use the required attribute.
  • The email field uses the type="email" attribute to ensure a valid email format.
