Can't click on right top corner dynamic menu

When page is scrolled to the top and you select any message, for some reason, another object overlays menu and you can't click on that - you need to scroll a bit lower (lower than Google logo) to be able to click.

This could be handled with CSS.

Reproduced in chrome browser. Fixed with:
