Can DNSСrypt and Amnezia Open VPN work together?

Describe the bug
With dnscrypt-proxy installed and enabling Open VPN over Cloak, Open VPN or Shadowsocks protocols, Amnezia VPN connects to the server, but traffic stops.

To Reproduce

  1. Install dnscrypt-proxy v2.1.5 bat and set DNS 127.0.0.1
  2. Amnezia VPN v4.1.0.1 Wireguard and AmneziaWG protocols allow traffic to flow seamlessly.
  3. Enabling Open VPN over Cloak, Open VPN or Shadowsocks protocols, Amnezia VPN connects to the server, but traffic stops flowing.

Expected behavior
Wish dnscrypt could work with all Amnezia protocols

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Version 22H2

Server (please complete the following information):

  • OS: CentOS 7

Additional context
Is there any way to fix this or is it independent of Amnezia VPN?
