"Autoconect" option has no effect if "Auto start" is turned on

Describe the bug
If the app is set to start on boot via Application -> "Auto start" option it will always try to connect on startup ignoring Connection -> "Autoconnect" option set to false.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set Application -> "Auto start" on, and Connection -> "Autoconnect" off.
  2. Restart the app or reboot the PC
  3. The app will try to connect on startup

Expected behavior
The app should respect the Autoconect setting whether it is set to start on boot or not.
