Auto update desktop apps

Could you please add support for auto-update desktop apps? So that I don't need to go to GitHub, manually compare the installed and latest version and then manually download and install a new version.
You could use https://github.com/sparkle-project/Sparkle and https://github.com/vslavik/winsparkle.
