some apps and games won't go through vpn & can't download torrents

hi i have two problems first some apps seem to not get through proxy especially games for example when i was using v2rayn and i faced the same problem i opened a proxy app such as proxifier and the problem would be solved but here i don't know what to do. and second i can't access torrents
