use("pyinputplus", modes=use.auto_install) doesn't work. Filtering has trouble with messed up metadata.

Our filtering has trouble to come up with anything because they didn't properly label their release.
on win 3.9: use("pyinputplus", modes=use.auto_install) will result in
RuntimeWarning: We could not find any version or release for pyinputplus that could satisfy our requirements!
