Testing - Limit the number of the projects to be linted

User story

1. As an user
2. I should be able to restrict the number of projects to be linted as defined in the json file
3. So that i can change the number of projects to be linted from time to time as required

Acceptance criteria

• The number of projects entered in the json file should be fetched and the linting application run checks or these number of projects only.

Definition of done

• Approved by product owner
• Code review by release manager
• 50% test coverage in backend
