Maintain state on projects page (as well as samples, etc)

It would be useful if when clicking on a project from a list, if you could use the back button to go back to your sorted/filterered/paginated list where you left off. This will require URL routing integration with NgTable. To research.

This is done for projects page. Should do the same for Samples, Pools, etc. If refactoring can be done for multiple pages attempt to do so with Angular Services.
