App occasionally crashes on quest2 v60

Affected Build(s)
v0.4.0+
Description of Issue
After upgraded to v0.4.0, when I tried to launch any game just after opening the app, it crashes from time to time.
Though after a few more tries I could finally get into the game, it is somewhat problematic.
The build from the latest commit still holds this issue.
Expected Behavior
Game launched without any issues.
Reproduction Steps
- Open the CitraVR app
- Launch any game within seconds (seems waiting for a little longer after launch or after last crash has a lower rate of getting crashed)
- Sometimes got crashed back to oculus home
- See Notification "CitraVR is running" and click
- Android UI blank screen pops out and exits

Logcat says it crashed because [java_vm_ext.cc:579] JNI DETECTED ERROR IN APPLICATION: JNI NewStringUTF called with pending exception kotlin.UninitializedPropertyAccessException: lateinit property emulationState has not been initialized
(launched from android studio, built from latest commit in master branch)

@SleepingPanda I'm not sure. It seems that Watson is working on it, which you can draw from recent commit log. I'm using a modified version of 0.4.2 on v64 right now, and it works fine without reason.
