X-Camera patch

Amy,
Thanks for Creating the headtrack plugin for X-plane. Freetrack don't seem to work for me anymore on Linux with OpenTrack. Headtrack over UDP has been a great replacement. Only issue is it doesn't work with X-Camera.
Mark Ellis, creator of X-Camera, put up a patch for it here (https://github.com/amyinorbit/headtrack/pull/5/files).
I understand you have a lot going on. I applied Mark's patch and compiled it for Linux. I am by no means a programmer. Took me a couple of evenings to get it to compile. Eventually I create a virtual machine with Kubuntu LTS and only the required dependencies installed to get it to compile. The compile plugin can be found here (https://github.com/CannonFodderSE/Headtrac-X-camera) until you release an official package.
Thanks for your great work!

P.S Edinburgh is a beautiful place. My wife and I were there two years ago. Loved it.
Thanks you, it works like a charm!
Setup:
- OpenTrack with neuralnet tracker.
- X-Camera (You have to activate Track IR in the settings)
- HeadShake
mathieureygaerts,
Glad it worked for you.
Are you running OpenTrack with neuralnet tracker on Linux? If so, how did you get it to work? I can't get neuralnet to compile.
