POST Request validation failure, cannot read 'location' of undefined

Can anyone help me with file upload using Multer-s3? I have been trying but I keep getting Validation and Type errors, and even Mongoose errors, I'm not sure what the problem is. It is something with when I try to make a POST request, the data isn't going through to the API. I tried to show what my code is here, if anyone can give any help that would be really great. It seems that the multer-s3 request doesnt go through.
