Modify the sequence of steps required to create different types of accounts as described in the following lines:
Which type of account would you like to create?
Guest: Browse through full list of properties which need funding
PNF1: Guest + Show funding interest in any of the listed properties
PNF2: PNF1 + List your own property project for fundingLets go ahead remove the above language from Sign Up page all together. Just let
people sign up, without even saying it is Guest sign up, let everyone provide the
information and become a user (as a guest). This account (the guest) will allow
them to review listed properties, show interest in the listed properties and be able to
list availability of funds.For other areas, such as listing a property, be able to see details of available funds,
be listed as a Service Provider, and comment (participate) in the community
discussions, then on those pages, ask for a registration and then use the above
language to see what type of account they desire.
Done. Now users can register by providing minimal information and as a result, obtaining a Guest account. Whenever a Guest user tries to List a Property for funding, we ask them to provide some more information. Later we will integrate PayPal with this step. Also, as we develop other featuers, we will ask for additional information as desired.
