Anchor is good enough software to be PHP 7 Ready.
PDO Mysql is one step ahead.
Anchor should not use MCrypt, because it is not supported in PHP 7.

I've merged that branch in. When @johanneskonst has made a PR for the mcrypt stuff it should be PHP 7.0 compat :)
