Display "fixed-in" versions of packages in vulnerability report

Taking advantage of anchore/grype#144 and anchore/grype#147, show the user the version of the package where the vulnerability has been fixed, if available.
This information should be displayed in the "Grype Vulnerability Report" (webview).
