Installing Ancile on Raspbian Booster (Raspberry Pi 4) fails

First of all, the command:
sudo apt-get install python3-venv
is needed before running bash scripts/full_setup.sh
.
Next, running bash scripts/full_setup.sh
gives the following error:

Seems to be a problem with a missing postgres library. Did you get this issue resolved?
