Event mangers were not redirected to their sub-domain after registration and login

Event managers should be redirected to their sub-domain after registration.

This has been fixed. Managers are redirected to their subdomains once they registered for and create one.
However, always redirecting managers to the subdomain on login isn't often a desirable experience. So unless they log in specifically on the subdomain, they get to remain on the main site.
