Bot Parses it's own Input for User Input Prompts

Describe the bug

On some occasions, the bot will parse what it previously said instead of awaiting user input.

Steps To Reproduce

Expected behavior

The bot should not ever use bot input or its own output as an answer for user input prompts.

Additional context

Verify the bot is ignoring bot input for:

• Initiative Module
• Skill Challenge Module
• Any other module that requires user input prompts
