Consider adding the syntax files to the Vim repository

I suggest that the maintainer add the files in this repository to the Vim repository as explained in Contributing new runtime files, so that they can be used without explicit installation.

The code is licensed now, but would be good to address #10 (EDIT: done) before submitting this plugin to the Vim repository.
