Keyboard layout fr_BE.json fixed

Hi,
Thank you for this wonderful package. There were some issues with the Belgian keyboard layout as specified by fr_BE.json.
A few buttons were not working so I tried to fix it and test every single button to see if it works 100% correctly. I'm not sure how well tested the original implementation was and I really can't remember which buttons I remapped in reference with the original fr_BE.json. But I tested it very thoroughly and now it seems to work without any problem. As a side note my keyboard layout matches with the one you provided in the screenshot for fr_BE.
You can see my modified file in this attachement:

You only need to change the .txt extension to .json since Github won't allow me to upload it here. It would be great if this can make it to the next package update.
