too slow

Hi,
I am trying to develop a census surveillance system with the SQLite storage with react native.
But the problem currently I am facing is slow. When I logged in 1st time it is quick and when I generate 40 rows of records in the screen it is ok. But when I tried to logged out and logged in couple of times to check the system, its getting slow and just 40 set of records takes like more than 40sec to load after couple of attempt. But it loads quick on 1st attempt it start getting slow from 3rd attempt.

ANY ONE HAB ANY SOLUATION ON THIS ISSUE????
