Ticklers not always implemented

I thought I had this problem before, but when I specifically tested it, it worked! Now it is happening again:

I set 3 ticklers for Monday, but they are showing up today when cycling through tasks. This is how they look in tasks.txt:

Call Council S20100315000000 E20100412000000 Diarmid Henry 477555
Expect Flower Show book on Monday S20100315000000 E20100412000000
Call Trefor Roberts S20100315000000 E20100412000000
