What needs to be done?
Add YAML configuration for the default server addr/port that the CLI tool talks to.
This configuration should need to be understood by the CLI tool.
Acceptance criteria
- Can configure default server addr/port
- Configuration is automatically generated if it doesn't exist and the CLI tool asks the user for most vital settings if missing
