[SERVER] store package can pull all images from store configuration

What needs to be done?

Right now, the store faces issues if images from the stored challenges are not present locally.

The store should be able to pull them on launch, such that there is less toil when setting up the server

Acceptance criteria

• The store package pulls all images, including the images for the DHCP and DNS services
