[SERVER] Server deploys an off-the-shelf kali linux container with NoVNC on

What needs to be done?

I have forked a repository that contains the configuration necessary to create a kali linux container that hosts a NoVNC frontend.

This image is two years old, so I think I would need to build it anew and push the image to my Docker Hub.

Acceptance criteria

• An image from the repository has been built and pushed to my own Hub
• The server deploys that container instead of the webtop image
• The forward-proxy is used to forward traffic from the localhost with a random port number to the frontend
