Icon does not appear in Ubuntu dock

The Keep icon does not appear in the Unity dock for Linux builds (Ubuntu 16.04).
It seems that both the electron-packager --icon=assets/icon.png and the BrowserWindow icon parameter are not working.
I think I found a solution and will post a PR soon.
