factotum(4)'s manpage isn't in acme-sac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "lookman factotum" or plumb "factotum(4)"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see documentation for the factotum fileserver, and get nothing.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Correct. There are several man pages missing. I've put the checklist in the wiki

Factotum should be easy since it must be nearly the same as Plan 9's.
