randomize/alphabetize the jerks list

Right now it maps directly to what's there. e.g. jerk 1 is before jerk 2 is before 3 both in dialogue and in the finger index AND the fen/marsh.

I'd like to alphabetize it, e.g. * D J K L M T. Or at the very least, re-randomize it.
