Docker image with hyperledger fabric base, which will be utilized as the base to build peer and orderer, and the chaincode running environment.

The image is built based on golang 1.8 image.
Install required libsnappy-dev, zlib1g-dev, libbz2-dev.
Clone the fabric code from repo.
Install required tools like chaintools, go tools, cryptogen, configtxgen, configtxlator.
This image is officially supported on Docker version 1.7.0+.
Support for older versions (down to 1.0) is provided on a best-effort basis.
