Black screen on Pie / Rpi 3b

I have not tried other distributions, however, I have redid the steps several times, making a little tweaks here and there, thinking that I may have screwed up somewhere.

I followed the steps systematically and was not able to produce results at the end.

I have tried changing the config.txt file but to no avail as well.

Apart from adding coresight components to the linux kernel, I believe I have followed your steps extremely closely... Please assist!
