[FEATURE REQUEST] Language Selector

Thank you for developing this app, it is really well made!
My only issue, and here comes my request, is that there should be the option to select the language within the app, because if the system language set is different from German or English, the entire UI will be displayed in German, and for someone like me who doesn't know the language, it is really debilitating.
For now, I have set the system language of my iPhone to English, solving the problem.
Maybe the functionality could simply be modified so that if the system language is different from German, the UI is displayed in English, which is certainly more international.
I encountered this problem on an iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 17.5.1.
