Add Option for User to Choose Owner of Components in an App

With the new instantiate, the instantiating address is now given ownership of all the components in an App. Allowing the user to choose between being assigned ownership of the components or giving ownership to the App would be a good upgrade of the system. This would be a simple toggle field in instantiation that decides who is assigned as the owner (Defaults to the sender).
