The difference between this and the last build from 7 days ago that worked is that rmarkdown went from v2.1 (2020-01-20) to v2.2 (2020-05-31).
This is mentioned in https://github.com/rstudio/rmarkdown/pull/1832 (not linking to avoid link spam) and I guess should be fixed soon in rmarkdown 2.2.1. The 2.2 version was just submitted to CRAN (5/31), so I guess it might take a few days.

Seems to be building fine on GH Actions now.
